I agree that by enlisting in the 101st Airborne Division, I will abide by all rules and regulations and agree to be held accountable for my actions. I agree to follow all commands and mandates given to me that do not violate UCMJ or ethical rules. I agree to energetically serve to the best of my ability and that by becoming a member, I represent the unit and will not, under any circumstances sacrifice the integrity of the unit for personal gains. I agree that I will serve in an honest and selfless manner, earn as well as give respect to others. Any breach or disregarding of these guidelines are grounds for UCMJ action and/or removal from the unit. I understand that by following these guidelines I will have an enjoyable & exciting experience as a Soldier in the 101st Airborne Division.
